1. We require a 10% deposit plus 1st month payment
2. Customer can do automatic payment from their checking or savings account. We do accept debit or credit cards however there will be a 4% fee to use these.

3. The deposit will be held in escrow until buildings pays out. If customer defaults on account. ( 2 late payments or repossession will be considered a default) The deposit is forfeited. When customer pays out and the account has been in good standing the deposit will be returned 30 days later.

4. All payments are due on the 15Th of the month with a late charge of $15.00 added to the account on the 21ST.

5. Customer may make down payment instead of deposit the down payment needs to be at least 20% or larger of purchase price.

6. If we pick up building from customer we cannot put that customer back on the books.

7. At any time after consumer has made the first rental payments, Consumer may purchase the rented property outright plus sales tax less percentage of all rental payments consumer has made.


8. All rent to own pricing listed is for our standard building features. Additional options effect pricing according to option cost.
